CROWN is more than a network. It is a movement rooted in equity, confidence and collective success.
TDespite progress, women still hold only 35% of senior leadership roles in the UK’s largest companies, and an 8.6% gender pay gap remains. The most senior roles continue to be overwhelmingly male.
CROWN exists to break barriers, challenge outdated systems, and open doors — for today’s women and the next generation of girls.

CROWN hosts inspiring events that bring the network to life. Our inaugural CROWN Launch Event at The Hive, Oldham, marked the beginning of a powerful movement of women supporting women.

Through keynote talks, connection circles and interactive workshops, CROWN events are designed to empower women professionally, personally and collectively.

CROWN places women’s wellbeing at the heart of leadership and success. Our programmes openly address mental health, menopause, stress, seasonal wellbeing and the realities women face at work and in life.

Mini CROWNs: Inspiring the next generation

Mini CROWNs is a flagship CROWN initiative connecting inspiring local women with school-aged girls in Oldham.

Through mentoring, school visits and honest conversations, Mini CROWNs helps girls see what’s possible - building confidence, ambition and belief at an early age.
